Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how Perception Axis for Information Technology (Perception Axis) and developer entity codeIO collect, use, and protect data within the mujeeb mobile application (com.perceptionaxis.paxis_app) and the associated cloud communication platform.

Data We Collect and Store

We collect and store the minimum data required to deliver services in the mujeeb app, including:

  • Account & Authentication: Phone number, display name, OTP verification codes, and push notification tokens (Firebase Cloud Messaging).
  • Messaging Data: Phone numbers, message content (text and media), messaging channel identifiers (WhatsApp, Messenger), delivery status, and timestamps.
  • Contacts & CRM Data: Contact name, phone number, email, and tags or status notes saved within the workspace.
  • Consent Records: Proof of marketing consent and opt-out requests.
  • Technical Diagnostics: Diagnostic logs necessary for security, abuse prevention, and platform stability.

Third-Party AI Service & Data Use Disclosure

In strict compliance with Apple App Store Review Guidelines 5.1.1(i) & 5.1.2(i) (Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Use), we clearly disclose the details regarding third-party AI processing in the Mujeeb AI (mujeeb) application:

  • What Data is Sent: Only the specific text of customer inquiries and authorized business product/catalog information are transmitted to generate suggested customer service and sales replies. We do NOT transmit any passwords, payment details, financial records, or sensitive device telemetry.
  • Who the Data is Sent to: AI text processing is executed through enterprise cloud APIs provided by Google Cloud (Google Gemini Enterprise API) and Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Cloud API).
  • Data Protection & Zero Training: In accordance with our enterprise terms with Google Cloud and Meta, transmitted data is processed strictly in real-time and is NEVER used to train, retrain, or improve third-party public foundation AI models.
  • User Permission Prompt (Consent Prior to Transmission): In strict compliance with Apple Guideline 5.1.1(i), the application presents an explicit in-app permission prompt modal that clearly asks the user for affirmative permission prior to transmitting any customer inquiries or personal data to Google Gemini. Users have the right to grant, deny, or revoke this permission at any time directly within the application, causing third-party AI data transmission to cease immediately.
  • Confirmation of Equal Data Protection: In compliance with Apple Guideline 5.1.2(i), we confirm that all third parties receiving data (including Google Cloud / Google Gemini and Meta) provide the same or equal protection of user personal data as set forth in this Privacy Policy.
  • User Permission & Direct Control: Business users maintain complete control over the AI automated assistant. The AI can be paused, resumed, or permanently toggled off at any time for individual chats or globally across the store via explicit in-app buttons and controls. Clear transparent indicators are displayed within the app before and during automated message processing.

Data Ownership & Security

Subscribers own their business and customer data completely. Perception Axis and codeIO act strictly as data processors and service providers. We do not sell personal data to any third parties under any circumstances.

Account & Data Deletion Requirement

In compliance with Google Play's User Data & Account Deletion Policy, users of the mujeeb app (com.perceptionaxis.paxis_app) developed by codeIO / Perception Axis have the full right to request deletion of their account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to Request Account & Data Deletion:

Processing Period & Data Scope: Upon verification, your account profile, credentials, message archives, contacts, and notification tokens will be permanently deleted within 30 calendar days.

Marketing Opt-Out

Recipients can opt out of marketing messages at any time by replying with the keyword STOP.
